TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT

Exhibitors selling or distributing food products are required to submit an Application for Temporary Food Permit to the City of Manchester 2 weeks prior to the show. For questions contact the Manchester Health Department, tel: 603-624-6466.

CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE

All exhibitors are required to submit a certificate of liability insurance listing NHHBA/NH State Home Show as policy holder. Call 603-226-6538 for more information.

Exhibitor Information

PARKING
$6.00 discount parking is available in the Radisson Hotel parking garage. Validation machines are located inside the Expo Center, or at the check-in booth located in the Armory Concourse.


Exhibitors are encourage to find alternative parking to allow space for consumers to park. Exhibitors have the option of renting parking space for the duration of the show in the lot behind the Radisson hotel for a fee of $50.00 (single vehicle); $75.00 (oversize vehicle).

RADISSON HOTEL DISCOUNT ROOM RATE- Call  603-206-4109 for reservations. In order to receive special rate, individuals must indicate they are with the NH State Home Show.









FOOD CONCESSION

Open Friday - Sunday in the Expo concourse area 11:00am - 2:00pm



SET-UP                                                                          

Thursday, March 1     7 am - 7 pm          

Friday, March 4           7 am - Noon     Show opens at 1:00 pm    

                                                                                           
All exhibitors are required to check-in prior to set-up. Check-in is located at the entrance of the Armory and Expo Center. 

Exhibitor Badges will be printed at time of check-in.


SHOW HOURS
Friday, March 2          1pm - 8pm
Saturday, March 3    10am - 6pm
Sunday, March 4     10am - 4pm


BREAK-DOWN   

Sunday, March 4      4 pm - 8 pm
Exhibits shall not be removed from the building at any time after installation until final closing of the show, unless permission in writing is obtained from NHHBA.


Show staff will be available until 8:00 pm, Sunday March 4th. 

All vendors must be completely broken down with exhibits removed from the hotel by 10:00 pm, Sunday, March 4, 2018.  If vendor items are left in the Armory, Ballroom, or Expo Center, group will be charged an additional $2,600.00 per space where items were left behind until Monday, March 5. 2018. No exceptions.

EXHIBIT SPACE

Most booth spaces are 10'w x 8'd. For variation of sizes refer to the online floor maps. All booths are provided with 8 foot back drape and 3 foot side drapes. Each exhibitor agrees to set up exhibits within the perimeters of his or her assigned space only. Sides of exhibit limited to 3ft. for open site distance to next exhibit, and back height restricted to 8 ft. Any exceptions to this must be submitted in writing with design drawings and explanation to show manager for permission, no later than January 1, 2018. Any exhibitor in violation will be asked to remove their display. Exhibitors with end caps please be courteous of neighbors behind you. In order to keep consistency and present a professional show to the public for you, these guidelines will be strictly enforced.
